LIST OF FOODS…WEEK LONG CHALLENGE NOT REPEATING A FOOD

This was so much fun! Although it is not a time efficient or cost efficient way to eat, it was great to explore new foods and I wanted to share them with you …maybe giving you new ideas of foods to add into your diet. All of these foods fell into my eating plan, which is PALEO. No processed. If it came from a plant, tree, out of the ground, or had a mother, I eat it. A few items are very slightly processed, but contain very few ingredients and are Paleo approved. Notice thee are NO GRAINS  and NO DAIRY on the list. I enjoyed everything I ate.
